Giving is easy… here's how to start:
OUR STORE
Giving Societies
The Dallas Area Chapter has three prestigious giving societies to honor our most committed donors. Below you will find additional information about each giving society and how you can become a member.
Clara Barton Leadership Giving Society

The Clara Barton Society is composed of individuals who contribute $1,000 or more—with a single or cumulative gift(s)—within one fiscal year (July 1 through June 30) to the American Red Cross Dallas Area Chapter.
For more than 125 years, the American Red Cross, founded by Clara Barton, has been a symbol of American compassion, caring and volunteerism. Now, through your membership in the Clara Barton Society, you can become a part of Clara Barton's legacy and lend a helping hand to prepare for and prevent disaster in the community or to those needing assistance following a disaster.
Clara Barton Society members help ensure that the Red Cross has the capacity to respond immediately, whenever someone is in need. Whether it's a fire, a devastating tornado, a sweeping flood, a sudden heart attack, or a family member needing to talk to their solider, your support makes it possible for our volunteers to answer the call.
Your continued support guarantees the necessary resources are provided to recruit and train volunteers, prepare for crises, and respond when tragedy strikes.
Please help us ensure that Clara Barton's compassion will continue to be felt in the North Texas community. Join the Clara Barton Society today. It is one of the best investments you will ever make.
Membership into the Clara Barton Giving Society is based on annual giving of $1,000 or more.

Tiffany Circle Society of Women Leaders

The Tiffany Circle is a society of women leaders and philanthropists. By investing $10,000 annually in their local American Red Cross chapters, these women follow in the footsteps of a long line of women leaders who have helped the Red Cross serve the American public in times of war and peace with disaster assistance, blood collection, safety training and countless other community assistance services.
The name Tiffany and the $10,000 amount have historical precedent. The society is named for the beautiful Tiffany windows in the Board of Governors Hall at Red Cross national headquarters in Washington, D.C. These windows, produced by the Tiffany Studios, were commissioned by Red Cross President Mabel Boardman in 1917. As an act of reconciliation and hope, they were paid for with a $5,000 gift from the Women's Relief Corps of the North and $5,000 from the United Daughters of the Confederacy of the South.
The women in these windows personify virtues at work in the Red Cross Movement: hope, mercy, faith, charity, truth and fortitude. Members of the Tiffany Circle provide living examples of these virtues in their local communities, by ensuring the Red Cross has the ability to help people prevent, prepare for and respond to life's emergencies.
Our Dallas Tiffany Circle has been ranked the #1 Tiffany Circle in the nation the past three out of four years! We currently have 52 members and have raised more than $1,001,612.00 this year! Become a member today and join this powerful league of women making a difference in the Dallas community!

The Legacy Society

The Legacy Society honors those individuals who have made a gift to the American Red Cross-Dallas Area Chapter in their estate plan. Through their gifts, Legacy Society members demonstrate a foresight and generous commitment to the life-saving mission of the American Red Cross as well as ensure their legacy of goodwill and giving endures for future generations.
We invite you to become a member of our Legacy Society by making a planned gift to the Dallas Area Chapter. If you have already included the Chapter as a beneficiary in your will, life insurance policy, retirement plan or trust, please notify us. We realize that by making this special gift, you consider us to be part of your family, and we want to keep you informed as to how your gift will be used and provide the opportunity for you to express your wishes.
To recognize these special benefactors, the Legacy Society members will be listed, with their permission, in our annual report and on a special plaque in the Dallas Area Chapter lobby. Legacy Society members also will receive invitations to attend an annual recognition event with the CEO and other local leaders of the organization. Each member will also receive a Legacy Society Pin.
The Dallas Area Chapter of the American Red Cross is very grateful to those who have remembered the Chapter through gift planning and we thank you for your generous support of our continued work in the North Texas community.
